Is pre-gel a rice flour?

Yes it is.  The difference with the other rice flours is that Rivland’s pre-gel rice flours are produced from specially processed and precooked extruded rice flour.

As Wild Rice is not technically a rice, is Wild Rice Flour also gluten free and hypoallergenic?

Our wild rice flour is specially produced from natural US wild rice grown in Minnesota. Wild rice flour is a non-allergenic food, gluten-free and it is especially suited for special dietary applications as it provides whole-grain nutrition and a strong nutty taste.
